PVC-P-based membrane with a non-woven PES textile backing. It is designed for bonded systems, particularly for bonding with polyurethane adhesives to a suitable thermal insulation layer (e.g. PIR, EPS) or to a solid roof structure meeting flatness requirements (cement-bonded particle boards, vibrated concrete, etc.).
Backing layer of non-woven textile at 180 g/m².
The membrane is long-term resistant to UV radiation and common environmental influences.
No additional roof structure loading; no perforation of underlying layers occurs.
Supply of membranes including auxiliary and finishing components.
Simple and fast membrane installation, easy maintenance.
Verified by testing and by real-world construction experience.

The membranes may be installed on construction sites only by specialised, suitably trained companies. The membranes are applied in accordance with the principles set out in the FATRAFOL-S construction specification.

Installation of the FATRAFOL system on a flat roof, including preparation, membrane welding and details.
8m 45s
Demonstration of welding and securing the profile to ensure roof watertightness.
5m 23s
Installation of a roof drain into the FATRAFOL system, including substrate preparation, fitting and welding for reliable roof drainage.
5m 23s
Installation of a closed preformed corner in the FATRAFOL system involves substrate preparation, precise fitting and welding to the membrane, ensuring lasting watertightness of the roof detail.
3m 08s
Finishing the penetration in the FATRAFOL membrane for proper sealing and long-term reliability of the detail.
