Training

We provide expert training for the FATRAFOL system for companies in a one-day variant focused on the theoretical part, or a two-day variant including both theoretical and practical parts.

EXPERT TRAINING – NAPAJEDLA

One-day training – contains only the theoretical part, which is sufficient to obtain the certificate.
Two-day training – contains both theoretical and practical parts.

Training content
Training on the FATRAFOL waterproofing membrane system is on the first day (theoretical part) focused on becoming familiar with the range of waterproofing membranes, accessory and finishing components, technological and construction specifications, the method of welding membranes and finishing details for roof, ground or pond applications. Attendance at the theoretical part of the training is a condition for obtaining the Certificate of Competence.

  • Registration 7:45.
  • Training starts at 8:00.
  • Training ends approximately at 16:30 (lunch 11:30-12:30)

The second day is dedicated to practical exercises – membrane welding and the method of finishing details commonly encountered on construction sites (corners, internal corners, penetrations), familiarisation with material distribution and manufacturer support for installation companies.
The practical part of the training cannot be taken on its own (without the theoretical part).

The minimum number of participants for one training session is 7.

Training is intended only for tradespeople in the fields of insulation, roofing, carpentry and masonry, or construction companies with the trade Carrying out construction, its modifications and removal. The purpose is to introduce them to the theoretical principles of carrying out roof insulation arising from standards and from over fifty years of experience of the manufacturer of waterproofing membranes – the Czech company Fatra, a.s., Napajedla. The training also includes practical instruction focused on laying and welding the membrane in the field area and on details (corners, internal corners and penetrations).

Training dates
Training usually takes place during the winter months. The specific date is set by Fatra, a.s. regional representatives based on the number of registered participants. Those interested are informed by email approximately 14 days in advance.

Training price
Two-day training CZK 5,000/person.
One-day training (theoretical part only) CZK 2,500/person.
