The logistics centre in Kostolné Kračany near Dunajská Streda is one of the largest centres in Slovakia. It will supply KiK retail units in a number of Central and Eastern European countries.
The FATRAFOL 810/V waterproofing foil was chosen for the roof insulation of halls H1 and H2. The roof insulation was carried out in two stages – in the first stage, the roof of hall H2 with a total area of 55,000 m2 was insulated, and in the second stage, the roof of hall H1 with an area of 30,000 m2 was insulated. A 1.5 mm thick foil was used in widths of 2050 and 1025 mm. The colour of the foil was chosen to be light grey (RAL 7035). The paint reflects sunlight well, which results in lower heating of the roof, extending its service life.
